Handbag redyed to original color - Balenciaga

Another way to get your bag looking great is to have it restored to the original color. With the Balenciaga bags the challenge is to duplicate the distressed look of the leather. This involves matching the base color, and the print then doing artistic renderings to simulate the original. The high gloss on these bags must be duplicated as well to get the "look" just right.

This is one of the most complicated restoration jobs we have. At $425.00 for a full restoration it is always a labor of love - involving over 40 hours of work to complete.

Before - Balenciaga Bubble gum pink has yellowed from oxidation

Here the Bubblegum pink is restored to match the color of the mirror.

Hi - there's some debate going on on The Purse Forum (TPF) about what Balenciaga bags are made of - goat or lamb - and many have suggested contacting you. We assume you'd know, being you quite often have to treat/repair/disect/dye Balenciaga bags, and how could one treat a bag without knowing the skin from which it's made? Here's the link to the long, tumultuous thread on TPF:

Please help. Is it possible Balenciaga corp has been deceiving us all along...?
