Lovinmybags restoration Hayden Harnett

Hayden Harnett before and after:

Here are some more photos - it's sometimes difficult to get good photos of restorations because the color is in the light source and flash bulbs can created a completely different impression than in person - but here are a couple of bags that came out ok in the photos:

Hayden Harnett's leather here is a cationic finished leather - very soft - like butter, with very strong properties and takes refinishing very well.

This leather was as soft after restoration as it was before...great bag to work on. This was a 2 color process - base and print.

Hi - there's some debate going on on The Purse Forum (TPF) about what Balenciaga bags are made of - goat or lamb - and many have suggested contacting you. We assume you'd know, being you quite often have to treat/repair/disect/dye Balenciaga bags, and how could one treat a bag without knowing the skin from which it's made? Here's the link to the long, tumultuous thread on TPF:

Please help. Is it possible Balenciaga corp has been deceiving us all along...?

Hi There -
I have left my opinions on the related thread at the Purse Forum - you can check it out there.
Basically as a summary: Whether lamb or goat - the Balenciaga finishing process is the added value component of their leather and either skin is fabulous for these bags :-)
